Cambridge Modern Loft
Built in 1917, this light-filled loft blends industrial bones with modern softness. Soaring ceilings, skylights, and a full-height north-facing window bring an airy sense of openness throughout.

Noguchi pendants draw the eye upward, adding sculptural presence above the living room. Clean-lined furniture and a collected gallery wall keep the focus on geometry and light.

A large-scale textile by Lauren Williams anchors the space and informed our palette across rugs, upholstery, and art.

In the kitchen, we kept the existing red cabinetry and renovated around it. The bold hue became the starting point for the rest of the home.

Upstairs, the lofted bedroom maintains its industrial character while adding warmth through layered textiles and a painted gray-blue ceiling that softens the space.
