Jamaica Plain Victorian
This 1900s mansard-roofed Victorian in Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood was reimagined for a young, musical family. We balanced sophistication with playfulness, centering the design around a jewel-box music room. Antiques and modern pieces mix easily, unified by color and pattern.

The family room settles into warm neutrals and soft textures—an unfussy, comfortable counterpoint to the home's more formal moments.

Neutral wool and rust-dotted linen combine in a palette of warmth, texture, and balance.

Once a closet and wall niche, this corner was transformed into a cozy music room with a fireplace—the perfect space to unwind at the end of the day.

The dining room has just the right amount of informality and whimsy to suit the young family who lives here.
