Osterville Coastal Compound

This new-build in Oyster Harbors was designed for a multigenerational family with deep Cape Cod roots. We created a playful summer retreat that blends coastal tradition with resort-style ease—golf-inspired greens, performance fabrics, and durable finishes for a home built around gatherings.

"A custom carved wooden sign in Benjamin Moore’s Essex Green created by Cape Cod Wood Carving signals to family and guests that they have arrived in the right place for “Last Call,” a hub for entertaining the homeowner’s children, grandchildren and anyone else they want to bring along."

In the great room, a vintage rattan sofa and saturated textiles set a summery tone. Performance fabrics and sturdy finishes make it equally suited for pool-wet kids and evening cocktails.

The study pairs vintage rattan with olive-green textiles for a tailored, timeless look.

Wrapped in Carrara marble, the primary bathroom features a soaking tub overlooking the grounds and sconces inset with cobalt blue glass.

In the primary suite, a vintage reading chair and ottoman upholstered in globe linen create a quiet corner for rest, while a wave-motif mirror subtly nods to the home’s coastal setting

Outdoors, teak lounge chairs and scalloped navy umbrellas frame the pool, while a copper-topped cabana bar—modeled after a favorite Martha’s Vineyard restaurant—anchors the space with a touch of resort glamour.
